A:YES! When you choose Marshall & Jackson Photography for your photography needs, you can rest assured that you are working with a professional team that takes your safety and security seriously. Our comprehensive insurance policy covers public liability, ensuring that you and your property are protected when working with us. We also advice any wedding couples to obtain wedding insurance to make sure they are completly covered.

Q: How do I book a session with Marshall & Jackson Photography?
A: Booking a session with us is easy! Simply visit our website or contact us directly to schedule a date and time that works for you.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that plans can change, so we offer two date changes if the new date is available . If you need to cancel a third time, a new deposit will be required to secure another date. (48 HOURS NEED FOR CANCELLATION OR YOU LOOSE HALF DEPOSIT)

Q: How long will it take to receive my photos?
A: For weddings, you can expect to receive your photos within 10 weeks. For all other images, including family portraits and special events, you can expect to receive your photos within 4-6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer printing services?
A: Yes, we do! We offer a range of printing services. Please ask for more information on these.
Q: How do i recieve the images ?
A: The images will be uploaded to our online gallery which will be available to view with your own password where you can download high resoloution images direct to your computer. The images can also be placed on a usb stick for an additional charge.
